What We're Reading

Update 6/17: Todd is back from Jordan and we have a new recent photo of Katie to share.  Katie is now smiling and holding her head up.  No indication yet of a passion for biblical chronology.  Bethany though has started counting to five.

Update 6/10: It's summer, in some ways.  It's getting warmer, and Todd is mostly done teaching.  He taught a group from Dallas Theo. Seminary in May which went very well.  Among other things, he's planning an exploration and photography trip to Jordan in June.  Kelli's mother has come to spend a few weeks with us.  The boys are in school until the end of the month.  The girls are keeping Mommy company at home.  Katie is growing well and Bethany is saying more and more things.  We have some new photos below.  Unfortunately, none are of Katie.  We've taken them; we're just not sure at the moment where they are.  And this update is barely getting done as it is.  Our apologies.

Mark joined Dad and the group on the morning they spent on the Mount of Olives.  One of the locals grabbed Mark and threw him on his donkey.  On the right, Todd and Mark pose in front of Jerusalem.

Bethany is a character!

Dad and the boys went camping at Zorah, near where Samson was born.  That went well.  The next day they found a shepherd grazing his sheep and goats.

Luke loves to climb trees (and ladders, and houses, etc.)

Time for a hug.
