What We're Reading

Todd:
The Passion of Jesus Christ - by John Piper.  A good review of major theological truths connected to Jesus' crucifixion.  Personally relevant too.

In Light of Eternity: Perspectives on Heaven - by Randy Alcorn.  I've read a lot of books on heaven, but this is the best.

Regular Reading:

Grace Gems - daily devotional quote.  Not the typical feel-good stuff, but that which exalts God and humbles man.

Today's Papers - a daily summary of the stories in the top 5 US newspapers.

Piper Sermons and Fresh Words - regular writings of John Piper.

Opinion Journal: Best of the Web - conservative and humorous commentary on the news.

LangaList - very helpful advice on computers.  I read various such newsletters, but Langa is the best.

Woody's Office Watch - good information about MS Office.  Also has other good newsletters.

Kelli:
A Place of Quiet Rest - by Nancy Leigh DeMoss (link).

Secure in the Everlasting Arms - by Elisabeth Elliot (link).

Luke:
Postman Pig and His Busy Neighbors - Richard Scarry.

Mark:
Clifford the Small Red Puppy

Bethany:
Mr. Brown Can Moo?  Can You? - Dr. Seuss.
