Thanks for the note about Malamat…a true scholar of the first order. A few years back my wife and I enjoyed a picnic with him and his wife at Canada Park where he admitted to me of his belief in the accuracy and historicity of the Old Testament.
I believe his work about Bible topics has remained some of the best produced by 20th century scholars.
