Still no access today
I am able to sign in with the password but some of the resources have a lock symbol. They say that all resources are to be available, with the exception of journals. I know too that when I'm on the college campus network, I'm automatically logged in with the school credentials and no resources are available.

I too have been trying to one of the resources listed above since 13 April. I found out today that only some are available. Here's the email back from OUP:
The title The Oxford Encyclopedia of Archaeology in the Near East is part of Oxford’s Reference Library platform. These titles are not available as part of the Library Week preview.
Oxford Quick Reference which is hosted on the Oxford Reference platform is available during the preview.
