Instructions:

After clicking the “Pay Now” button below, fill in the “Quantity” to correspond with the dollar amount.

For example, enter 100 to make a $100 payment.

Then click “Update.”

Payment is processed by PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.  To make payment via credit card, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” below the “Log in” area.
